Our monthly subscription model offers the flexibility to pause and resume as your workload dictates, ensuring you pay only when you need our services.

As a subscriber, you’re welcome to submit unlimited design requests. We work through your queue, completing them one at a time.

Generally, design requests are fulfilled within two days, though more complex projects may require additional time. For our higher tier subscriptions, we also provide delivery within 24 hours for urgent projects.

At Touch MediaWorks, you’ll have access to a team of dedicated designers and project managers. Additionally, for specialized requests like animations or custom illustrations, we collaborate with our network of skilled partner designers.

We offer the option to pause your subscription if you have a lighter workload. Our billing cycles are 31 days long, so if you pause partway through, any remaining days are banked for future use.

We use a variety of tools for design, depending on the requirements. However, for most design requests, we use the Adobe Suite, Figma, or Canva, which are well known for their versatility and collaborative features. If you would like your project to be done in a specific software, please let us know, and we will advise accordingly.
